Disabled Parking

I was parked here for about 15minutes and in that time 2 cars parked in the space. Both females certainly didn't look in any way disabled; one ran across to the post office like an Olympic athlete and the other took off to the job centre. Now, I may be wrong and they may have had the appropriate permit but I don't think so. If I'm wrong I apologise but I am merely bringing attention to the wrongful use of parking spaces for the disabled.

Not too bad but serious room for improvement...the space beside the car is empty because nobody wants to park too close to the next car as they would also have to park at a slant to get out of their own vehicle. A yellow card on this occasion.

If I asked you to park a JCB here and you didn't quite manage it, I would be understanding...but it's just a four door family saloon for crying out loud.
