I was parked here for about 15minutes and in that time 2 cars parked in the space. Both females certainly didn't look in any way disabled; one ran across to the post office like an Olympic athlete and the other took off to the job centre. Now, I may be wrong and they may have had the appropriate permit but I don't think so. If I'm wrong I apologise but I am merely bringing attention to the wrongful use of parking spaces for the disabled. 
Stornoway presently has an enormous car parking problem..some people, however, seem to find the concept of one space for one car hard to accept. If you spot any dodgy car parking, feel free to e mail pics to camdon60@aol.co.uk

Disabled Parking
